The High Holidays are very special when shared and our Nisa-Nashim women always make sure to celebrate together.
Our co-founder Julie spent a lovely hour with Judy, from Nisa-Nashim Golders Green, under her Sukkah.They were joined by Jude, a mutual friend who is Head of Mission for the Methodist Church, and spent the morning eating homemade delicious goodies.
Is there a joke here? “A Jew, a Christian and a Muslim walk into a sukkah…” 😃
Also our co-founder and president Laura hosted a very diverse group under her Sukkah.
She enjoyed a lovely afternoon with Ahmereen, our trustee, Anna, Southgate co-chair, and Joy Madeiros, Group CEO at the NGO Oasis Community Learning.
The big plus apparently was the quality of the snacks! They had bread and cheese, chocolate biscuits and of course some honey cake, held the Lulav and the etrog and shared a really lovely time!

Our women from Bushey wanted to celebrate together as well, so they went to visit the Synagogue’s Sukkah. And Farah , from the Nisa-Nashim Online group, actually went to her daughter’s school to help them build their Sukkah.
We are simply so honoured to be joined by these wonderful human beings.
