Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year, started a few weeks ago and at this point we are well into 5780.  But the real, relevant question is: What did some of our Nisa-Nashim groups do to celebrate?

Nisa-Nashim Peterborough hosted a very special and sweet evening of friendship with Muslim and Jewish sisters. They ate typical Rosh Hashanah food (loads of apples, honey and cakes) and learned about similarities and customs in Islam and Judaism.  Check out their beautiful pictures!

Nisa-Nashim Harrow also decided to host a New Year’s themed evening. We have been told that it was an evening filled with love, hope and forward planning. And of course, some Rosh Hashanah resolutions as well! Both us and them are curious to see what the next months will bring along. We are confident that there will be a lot of wonderful surprises.
