A small delegation of Nisa-Nashim members went last night to hear Gloria Steinem being interviewed by Emma Watson – and it was a true joy and a privilege. Gloria spoke about women’s issues in relation to violence, globalisation, technology, the environment and etymology. It was an evening to remind us that we should never give up the fight for global gender parity but also should celebrate how far we’ve come (and dance a little).
